Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using balloonconcierge.com or placing an order with Balloon Concierge. By accessing our website or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Balloon Concierge provides custom balloon arrangements, balloon delivery, and balloon décor installation services in the Los Angeles area. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

2. Orders & Quotes

  • All pricing is provided via custom quote based on your specific order details.
  • Quotes are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Balloon Concierge.
  • Same-day orders are subject to availability and must be confirmed with our team by late morning on the day of delivery.
  • Large or complex orders (garlands, arches, balloon walls) require a minimum of 3–7 days advance notice.

3. Payment

  • Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to require a deposit for large or custom orders.
  • All sales are final once an arrangement has been built and/or delivered.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations or changes to orders must be communicated as early as possible.
  • Orders cancelled after preparation has begun may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We are not responsible for cancellations caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to weather, access restrictions at delivery locations, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery windows are estimated and not guaranteed to the minute.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that access to the delivery location is arranged in advance.
  • Balloon Concierge is not responsible for damage to balloons after delivery has been completed.
  • Balloon Concierge is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or other factors outside our control.

6. Nature of Balloons

  • Balloons are perishable decorative items. Latex balloons typically last 8–12 hours floating; foil/mylar balloons may last several days.
  • Balloon lifespan can be affected by heat, direct sunlight, sharp objects, and other environmental factors. We are not responsible for premature deflation caused by these conditions.
  • Outdoor use of balloons is at the customer's discretion. We recommend keeping arrangements indoors when possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on balloonconcierge.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Balloon Concierge and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Balloon Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
