For balloon bouquets and standard deliveries, 2 days' notice is ideal. For custom installs — arches, garlands, backdrop walls, or full-room setups — we recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead. For high-demand seasons like prom, Mother's Day, and graduation, booking 2–4 weeks in advance is strongly encouraged as dates fill quickly. Same-day delivery is available when you call during operating hours; additional charges apply.

Yes, every order is fully customizable. Share your colors, theme, or inspiration photos when you call or submit a quote request. We can add personalized name balloons, number balloons, custom messages, and foil accents to almost any arrangement.

Yes. Delivery fees vary based on distance, time of day, and order type. Additional charges apply for same-day orders, early deliveries before 9:00 am, late deliveries after 5:00 pm, and locations outside our standard service zones. Call us to discuss your specific situation.

Yes — we accept both major credit cards and cash, depending on the nature of the order.

Time changes are accommodated when requested at least 2 hours before your scheduled delivery window, subject to route availability. Please call us as soon as possible at (424) 702-5696 if you need to adjust your time. Last-minute time changes on the day of delivery cannot be guaranteed and may result in a rescheduling fee.

If your order is placed at least 2 days in advance, additions are typically accommodated. Complete design changes must be approved and may incur an additional charge.

Yes, we deliver to hospitals. However, some hospitals only allow mylar/foil balloons, and others do not permit balloons at all. Please confirm the hospital's balloon policy before placing your order.

Our standard delivery area covers Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Westwood, Bel Air, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Venice, El Segundo, Westchester, the LAX area, Manhattan Beach, Marina del Rey, Playa Vista, Culver City, Playa del Rey, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Hawthorne, Torrance, and surrounding neighborhoods. Our driver will wait up to 15 minutes past your confirmed delivery window. If no one is available to receive your order at that time, our driver will need to continue their route. A re-delivery fee will apply to reschedule your delivery. We want to make sure your balloons arrive in perfect condition, so please plan to be home within your confirmed window.

Please call us immediately at (424) 702-5696 if you know you'll be delayed. We'll do our best to work with you, but our drivers serve multiple customers on a route schedule and cannot hold a slot indefinitely. Our maximum wait time is 15 minutes past your confirmed delivery window.

Helium balloons are delicate — heat, wind, and sun exposure can significantly shorten their life or cause damage. We require a handoff to protect the quality of your order. We don't leave arrangements unattended. If you're okay with a drop-off and no contact please let us know when ordering or give us a call before your scheduled delivery time.

Latex balloons treated with Hi-Float last up to 48 hours. Untreated latex balloons last around 24 hours. Mylar/foil balloons can last up to 2 weeks. Keeping balloons at room temperature and handling them gently will extend their life. See our Balloon Care Tips page for more.

Hi-Float is a non-toxic, water-soluble sealant applied inside latex balloons that slows helium loss — extending float time from ~24 hours to up to 48 hours. Learn more on our Balloon Care Tips page.

Yes. If your event isn't the same day as delivery, let us know so we can treat latex balloons with Hi-Float. Mylar/foil balloons naturally last up to 2 weeks, so timing is flexible.

Yes, balloons are typically tied on 6-foot strings. Custom lengths are available — just let us know when ordering.

Standard arches run 10 feet wide and 10 feet high. Small arches start at 6 feet wide; large and extra-large arches of 20 feet or more are available. Custom sizing is always an option — just share your space dimensions. See our Balloon Arches page for full details.

Air-filled arches last about 2 weeks indoors and up to 2 days outdoors depending on weather. Helium-filled floating arches typically last under 24 hours outdoors and up to 2 days indoors.
