Balloon arches are handcrafted arrangements of mainly latex balloons repetitively twisted together to create a neat, bold, grandeur display. Another more simple and budget friendly arch called a 'String of Pearls' is a string or fishing line (to create a magical floating look) of single helium filled ballons in a row. Unlike traditional balloon garlands, arches have a symmetrical, uniform look that's become a necessity for modern school and corporate event décor in Los Angeles. Swirl, zigzag or checkered are typical patterns used when designing a classic simple arch. Organic balloons clusters can also be used for a more elegant look. An arch can be square or u-shaped at your request. Balloon Concierge designs each arch custom to your event — no two are ever the same.

Every arch is fully customizable. Choose from any color palette — from pastels, bold primary colors, metallics for large celebrations and vibrant palettes for birthday parties. Your school or company colors can be requested when ordering. We can incorporate foil accent number or letter balloons, printed balloons with names or messages, fresh or faux botanicals for a garden aesthetic, LED lights for evening events, and themed balloon shapes to match any party concept. Our arches are built using premium 11" latex balloons and twisted on a PVC or metal frame of your desired shape. Air-filled arches last about 2 weeks indoors and 2 days outdoors depending on the weather, while helium-filled floating arches typically last less than 24 hours outdoors and 2 days indoors. We use professional-grade balloons and weighted post on frames to ensure that your arrangement stays in place throughout your event.

We create balloon arches in a range of sizes to fit any space. Small arches start at 6 feet wide and are 8 feet high. They are perfect to go over tables at rallies, get customers at farmers markets and to attract patrons at conventions. Medium arches run 10 feet wide and 10 feet high and are ideal for double doors at conventions, front doors of businesses, social media attention and for promotional events at pop-up shops around The Grove and Fairfax. Large and extra-large garlands of 20 feet or more are available for delivery and set-up on location, grand entrances, and corporate events. Custom sizing is always available — just let us know your space dimensions.

Ordering your custom balloon arch is simple. Contact us by phone, text, or through our quote form with your event date, location, size preference, and color scheme. We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance for custom builds, though same-day orders may be available depending on availability. We deliver, set-up and tear or take down throughout Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Culver City, Manhattan Beach, and all surrounding areas.
