    Yes. Please tell us, have a picture, sample or screenshot of the color.

    Yes, you can customize any of our balloon arrangements. To customize you will need to place your order over the phone with a sales associate.

    For best service please give us at least 2 days to create your bouquet. We offer same day delivery (extra charges may apply).

  • What is your substitution or order change policy?

    If you place your order with at least 2 days in advance, additions will always be accommodated. Complete changes of design on any bouquet will have to be approved and additional charge may be incurred.

  • Is there a delivery charge/fee?

    Yes. There can be an additional charge for early deliveries (before we open at 9:00am), late deliveries (after we close at 5:00pm), for deliveries beyond local delivery zones and same-day delivery orders.



  • Can my bouquet be personalized?

  • How long do the balloon bouquets last?

    Generally, the latex/rubber balloons in a bouquet last for 24 hours with Hi-Float and up to 2 weeks for mylar/foil balloons. Gentle handling and mild room temperature both help extend the life of your balloons. 

  • Are your balloons on strings?

    Yes, our balloons are usually tied on 6 foot strings. You can customize the length please let us know when you place your order. 


  • Can I have my balloons delivered a day before my event?

    Yes, but latex balloons will have to be treated with Hi-Float. Please besure to inform us your event is not the same day when ordering. Mylar foil balloons can last for up to 2 weeks. 

  • Can I pick-up my balloons or come visit the Balloon Concierge business location?

    Yes, please call  +1(424) 702-5696 and make an appointment prior to your arrival.

  • Do you accept credit cards or cash?

    Yes, we typically accept credit cards and cash payment depending on the nature of the order. 

  • When will my balloons arrive?

    Your balloons will arrive within the 2 hour window provided, if traffic will allow. We always aim to deliver earlier than later.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    To cancel or change your order you need to call us as soon as possible via phone call at(424) 702-5696. We reserve the right to charge and keep a deposit or for your order and delivery. Supplies and labor are still subject to be charged. 



  • Can you deliver to hospitals?

    Yes we deliver to hospitals. Some hospitals accept only mylar balloons, while others do not accept balloons at all. Please check with your hospital about their rules prior to placing an order with us.

  • Do you deliver the same day?

    Yes we can deliver your balloons the same-day when you call and place an order during our operational hours from 9:00am - 5:00pm. 


  • What is Hi-Float?

    Hi-Float is a liquid sealant, used to coat the interior surface of latex balloons and reduces the speed at which helium escapes. This allows for balloons to last up to 48 hours. Hi-Float is non-toxic and water soluble.
